-Graduate of any four (4) year course
-With good understanding of front desk operations and hotel terminologies
-Completed relevant trainings
-Literacy in computer operations, preferably front office system
-Trustworthy, organized and keen on details
-Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, basic selling and customer orientation
