Qualifications:
3-5 years Front Office experience
Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Business Administration or Management graduat
Quick to solve problems and guest complaint
Able to work under pressure and stressful situations while handling multiple tasks
Strong leadership and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
Professional and well-groomed all the time
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle and delegate tasks among rank and file
