Knowledge in setup, configuration and training of I.T hardware & application software.
Troubleshoot problems in Office Automation applications & other Hotel systems.
Ensure internal control systems are complied with related to user access control while creating and modifying user access requests.
Provide support to users in their daily operations.
Maintain a high awareness on latest technologies available in the market.
Research, develop, and program system applicable to end users
Maintain and monitor backup jobs & tape rotation schedules including periodic restore tests.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly checks as prescribed in the periodic checklists.
Analyze software and hardware problems to detect/correct deficiencies, malfunctions and irregularities.
Ensure compliance with established procedures, systems security, contingency plans, internal controls and standards.
Schedule routine preventive maintenance, daily clerical functions regarding integrity of computer systems.
Coordinate with other departmental supervisors and end users to ensure smooth operation.
