Minimum Requirements:

- Male/Female
- Must have at least 1 year experience in HR related field preferably in a hotel set-up.
- Preferably Licensed nurse or a graduate of a Bachelor's Degeree in Human Resource Management and Development or BS Psychology

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Officer (HR Officer) is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. HR Officer keeps an organization's personnel records up-to-date. They keep track of employees' address changes, changes in job titles, benefits, and salaries. Tasks may vary depending on the size of the organization. At a larger company, for example, an HR Officer may perform additional clerical duties or screen job candidates.
