Frequently Asked Questions During Interviews
To some people' Interviews are considered to be one of the scariest things to do most especially to those people who have less confidence and think of themselves as an uncommunicative type of a person. We can't blame those people because we are different from one another. Hence' they are thinking too much of what would happen during interviews.
Basically' it is done orally either face to face or virtually (due to pandemic). You can surely meet a member or members of Senior Management' or the HR manager. It depends on their availability in a specific company. This must be the prerequisite for you to be able to enter a specific position for a job.
But' for you to prepare I'll give some common questions that they will ask you during the interview.
-What's your name? Tell me about yourself. You have to be clear' brief and concise in telling them first your name and then your career story that will show off relevant pieces of experiences. Also' you have to highlight impressive achievements and accomplishments. Thereafter' conclude your answer with explaining your current situation. Avoid sharing too much personal information because it's risky instead they are looking for professional experiences of yours.
-Why should we hire you? Assess yourself first and then be prepare in stating those real experiences/skills of yours which certainly help the company improve and develop. You can highlight the well-suited skills of yours to deal with a certain job position.

For example' in my own experience I used acronyms to present my thoughts since most of them are stating in straight and plain answers. For this particular question' you can give an answer that is realistic but also slightly ambitious. State an improvement of your position' you can be promoted. Also' you are one of the skilled workers for the development of the company. Thus' make a goal beforehand.
-What salary are you hoping to earn? According to some employees' it is advisable to suggest a range instead of a single amount. Your minimum number should still be an amount you're comfortable with. However' it is a good idea to emphasize that you are open to negotiations to prevent a situation where you are possibly eliminated because your salary expectations are too high for their budget. You can say' "I am sure when the time comes' we can agree on a reasonable amount" By that it doesn't sound demanding on their part.
